Barbara Novack Buetow, 88, Moose Lake, died peacefully on Saturday, January 7, 2023 in Moose Lake Village.  She was born on October 3, 1934 in St. Paul to Leslie and Edith Menier.  Barb grew and attended school in St. Paul.  On November 5, 1954, Barb married George Novack in St. Paul.  They remained living in St. Paul where Barb worked for Brad Ragan Tire Company.  In 1978, they moved to Barnum.  Barb worked at Stock Tire in Cloquet for 15 years.  They moved to Moose Lake in 1996.  George died on February 10, 1999.  On February 25, 2010, Barb married Raymond Buetow in Carlton.  Barb loved baking, cooking, and sewing.  She was well known for making lots of Barbie doll clothes which she would sell and giveaway through the years.

Barb is preceded in death by her first husband, George in 1999; second husband, Raymond in 2013; three sisters; and three brothers.

She will be remembered by three daughters: Jean Novack; Carole Brady, and Sue Ballew; a son: Kevin (Lisa) Novack; brother: Ronald Menier; five grandchildren; and one great grandson.

Services are pending and may be held in the spring.
