Barbara J. Clausen, 74, of Sturgeon Lake, died Thursday, January 17, 2013 at her home. She was born July 27, 1938 in Manson, Iowa to Frank and Jerry (Wallin) Bacon. Barbara was united in marriage to Robert Clausen on March 28, 1958 in Fort Dodge, Iowa. Barbara enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Barbara is preceded in death by her husband, Robert; her parents; step-mother, Phyllis Bacon; 1 brother, Jerry Bacon.

Barbara is survived by 1 daughter, Wanda (Timothy) Mike of Barnum; 1 son, Kenneth Clausen of Minneapolis; 3 grandchildren, Zachary Gerard, Courtney Mike and Britney Mike; 1 brother, Bill (Cathy) Beck of Iowa; 2 sisters-in-law, Mary Bacon of Fort Dodge, Iowa and Jolean Yaw of Des Moines, Iowa.
