Berniece Bergstrom, 95, of Moose Lake, passed away Monday, July 14, 2014 in Mercy Hospital, Moose Lake. She was born August 16, 1918 in Brusett, Montana to Albert and Mary (Royer) Finifrock. Berniece moved with her family to South Dakota in 1920 and later to Barnum in 1934. She graduated from Barnum High School in 1936. Berniece was united in marriage to Harold Bergstrom on March 6, 1938 in Barnum. They farmed east of Barnum until moving to North Branch in 1971. Berniece and Harold moved to Moose Lake in 1974 where Harold managed Lamperts Lumber Yards in Barnum, North Branch and Moose Lake. They retired in 1979 and continued to make their home in Moose Lake. Berniece was active in the Auxiliary of Gideon's International and was a member of Sandy Lake Baptist Church, Blackhoof Township.

Berniece is preceded in death by her parents; 4 brothers, Percy, Harry, Earl and Lawrence.

Berniece is survived by her loving husband of 76 years, Harold of Moose Lake; 3 daughters, Vera (Don) McIntosh of Hannah, ND; Joyce (Bill) Harper of Moose Lake and Edith (Ron) Ressie of Moose Lake; 5 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday, July 18, from 1 PM until the 2PM Service in Sandy Lake Baptist Church, Blackhoof Township. Interment will be in Sandy Lake Cemetery, Blackhoof Township.
