Bonnie L. Storck, 101, Moose Lake, formerly of Britt, IA, died peacefully on Thursday, November 15, 2018 in Augustana Health Care Center.  She was born on December 27, 1916 in Curlew, IA.  Bonnie grew up in Marathon/Aryshire, Iowa areas graduating from Marathon High School in 1935.  She loved growing up on the farm and loved animals.  She spoke often about her pony "Nibs" which she enjoyed as a farm girl.  Bonnie worked several local jobs prior to her marriage.  On March 30, 1940, Bonnie married Robert H. Storck in Fort Dodge, Iowa.  They resided in Emmetsburg, Iowa until November 1953 when they relocated to Britt, Iowa.  Bonnie was a homemaker through the years while Robert operated the Storck Chevrolet/Oldsmobile dealership.  She was a wonderful homemaker whom loved to cook and bake.  After Robert's death in 1969, Bonnie began working for Dr. Diemer at the Britt Veterinary Clinic where she retired after 20 years.  In March 2006, Bonnie moved to Kenwood Place in Moose Lake, MN to be closer to her son and daughter-in-law: Bill and Romayne.  Bonnie later moved into Augustana Care Center where she received the most wonderful care and made many friends with staff and residents.  She referred to her wheel chair as her Chevy Impala.  Bonnie was a remarkable, quick witted lady whom was very positive and upbeat.  She loved life and was very caring of others.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Otto and Eva Maiden; husband, Robert; son: Brian; grandson: Joseph; brothers: Vaughn, Vern "Buzz"; Calvin; and Dean.

Bonnie will be lovingly remembered by her two sons: William (Romayne) Storck of Sturgeon Lake, MN and Robert Storck of Solon, IA; four grandsons: Todd (Ginny), Thane (Carol),  Scott (Shelley), and Brad (Ellen); 3 great grandchildren: Sara, Thane Jacob, and Jasmine; loving sister: Ann (Dale) Johanson; 2 sisters-in-law: Gerry Lou and Tootie; and several special nieces and nephews.

Private inurnment will be held in Evergreen Cemetery, Britt, Iowa at a later date.
