Carol Evon Hauck, 62, of Mahtowa died Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at her home. She was born March 11, 1947 in Moose Lake to William and Helen (Ruotsalainen) Miller. Carol was united in marriage to Jack Hauck on February 25, 1966 in Mahtowa.

Carol is survived by her loving husband Jack; 2 sons, Dewayne (Jennifer) Hauck and Heath (Rita) Hauck; 1 daughter, Julie (Joseph) Cuseo; 7 grandchildren, Maddison, Macy, Parker, Kain, Zoey, Alec & Carlie; 4 sisters, Arlene Bergfalk, Margaret Rickerson, Rose Mary (Jon) Wekseth and Bette Jayne (David) Nelson; 3 brothers, Allen Miller, Lee Miller and Dale (Franna) Miller; her dog, Lydia; her cat, Kissa; many nieces, nephews and friends. Carol loved & was loved.

A gathering of family and friends was held on Monday, March 30, from 9 AM until the 11 AM Memorial Service in Mahtowa Covenant Church, Mahtowa with Pastor Cal Lindstrom officiating.
