Cindy Reynolds, 55, of Kettle River passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, June 10, 2010. Cindy was born on March 12, 1955, in Moose Lake, MN, to Alden and Ellen(Sarvela) Reynolds. Cindy grew up in Kettle River where she had many friends. She attended grade school there and graduated from Moose Lake High School in 1973. Upon graduation, Cindy found temporary employment in Duluth for several years, eventually moving to New Brighton, MN. In New Brighton, she was employed by Spott's-Carlton Company for many years.


Cindy eventually returned to Kettle River to care for her aging parents. Cindy was employed by R-3 Sports of Moose Lake where she assembled fishing tackle. She enjoyed her work, her flower gardens, feeding wild birds, and spending time with her brother Dan and sister Wendy.


Cindy was preceded in death by her parents.


She is survived by her brother Dan (Gloria) Reynolds of Kettle River, her sister Wendy (Bill) Skoglund of Duluth, five nieces Rebecca (Keppa) Williams of Eden Prairie, Erica (Matt) Walker - London, England, Monica Reynolds of Mpls., Melissa Skoglund of Mora, MN, Nicole Skoglund of New Zealand, and two great nephews - Daniel and John Walker both of London. Cindy will be sadly missed by her family.


A Gathering of family and friends was held on Thursday, June 17, 2010 from 10 am – 11 am with a Memorial Service at 11 am in Hamlin- Hansen- Kosloski Funeral Home, Moose Lake. Internment was in the Holy Trinity Cemetery following the Service. Arrangements with Hamlin- Hansen- Kosloski Funeral Home, Moose Lake, MN.
