Clarence J. Zywicki, 87, Duluth, died peacefully on Saturday, April 6, 2019 in St. Luke's Hospital, Duluth.  He was born on July 4, 1931 in Duluth to Jacob and Anna Zywicki.  Clarence graduated from Duluth Cathedral High School.  He was a Veteran of the Korean War.  Clarence worked in Duluth at Scott Graff Company, the Steel Plant, and lastly at Superwood where he retired in 1993.  Clarence attended St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church and later Holy Family Catholic Church in Duluth and was a member of Friars of St. Francis.  Clarence was a resident at Edgewood in Duluth since 2012.  He had a great passion for polka music and dancing.

Clarence is preceded in death by his first wife, Irene; second wife, Helen, and her sons, Larry Johnson and Paul Johnson; sisters: Florence and Dorothy; and brother: Frankie.

He will be lovingly remembered by Helen's children: David (Patty) Johnson; Tim (Keri) Johnson; Chrissy (Dave) Kolles; daughter-in-law: Beth Johnson; care helper: Carol Lundmark; and numerous nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 10 am until the 11 am Mass of Christian Burial on April 16, 2019 in Holy Family Catholic Church, 2430 W 3 ^rd St., Duluth, MN  55806.

Burial with Military Honors will be at 1:45 PM in the Polish Catholic Cemetery, Duluth.
