Daniel David Budge

Daniel David Budge, 36, Moose Lake, died Thursday, December 17, 2015. Although Daniel suffered from the disease of depression and alcoholism and sadly chose to end his life, Daniel's family and friends will remember and cherish the loving and caring husband, father, son, and friend that they knew as a kind and gentle soul.
Daniel was born on December 22, 1978 in Minneapolis to David and Eileen Budge. He grew up in South Minneapolis spending much of his time near Lock & Dam #1. Daniel graduated from South High and later attended the University of MN receiving a Biology Degree and Normandale Community College where he attained his RN Degree. Daniel was a caring nurse that worked at the Transplant Unit at the University of MN. In 2006, he moved with his family to Moose Lake. He worked as a surgical intensive care nurse at Essentia-St. Mary's. His passions included his children, gardening, art, drawing, and wood carving.

He was preceded in death by his surrogate Dad: Bill Masters.

Daniel will be remembered by his wife, Roxanne Gregory; two children: Marlene and James; parents: David and Eileen of Moose Lake; grandmother: Helen Keltgen of Minneapolis; and aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A Memorial Visitation will be from 4-7 PM on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 in Barnum Community United Methodist Church and continue on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 from 10 AM until the 11 AM service at the church. Memorials are preferred.
