Dolores "Dee" M. Chadwick, 78, of Willow River, passed away Friday, December 11, 2015 in Lighthouse of Barnum. She was born May 13, 1937 in Mahnomen. Dolores was united in marriage to Thomas Chadwick in 1985. Dolores enjoyed playing cards, watching the Twins and NASCAR. She especially enjoyed time with her family. Dolores played the accordion and piano and loved to polka dance. Dolores was always helping others and delivered Meals on Wheels regularly.

Dolores is preceded in death by he parents; son, Scott Nelson; granddaughter, Jessie St. Martin; sister, Jan Trnka.

Dolores is survived by her loving husband, Thomas Chadwick of Willow River; daughters, Lauri St. Martin of Burnsville and Teri (Bryant) Broderick of Bloomington; sons, Mark Nelson of St. Paul and Bryan Chadwick of Bethlehem, GA; grandchildren, Kaylee St. Martin of Burnsville, Chad Nelson of Bloomington, Natalie Broderick of Bloomington and Brendan Broderick of Bloomington; brother, Skip (Mary) Johnson of North Branch.

A gathering of family and friends will be Thursday, December 17 from 10 AM until the 11 AM Memorial Service in Hamlin-Hansen-Kosloski Funeral Home, Moose Lake.
