Doris Mae Fredrickson, 92, of Sturgeon Lake, passed away Monday, October 13, 2014 in Oakview Assisted Living, Moose Lake. She was born December 10, 1921 in Sturgeon Lake to Arthur and Bessie Johnson. Doris graduated Co-Salutatorian from Willow River High School. Doris was united in marriage to Clifford Fredrickson on February 6, 1971 in Minneapolis. She was a very faithful Christian and enjoyed reading her Bible. Doris loved going on pontoon rides to see the fall colors. She especially loved time with her nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Doris is preceded in death by her husband, Clifford; her parents; sister, Pearl Peterson; brother, Arthur Johnson; brother-in-law, Ted Peterson; sister-in-law, Mary Ann Johnson; nephew, Mark Johnson.

Doris is survived by her brother, Dennis (Louise) Johnson of Sturgeon Lake; many nieces and nephews and numerous friends.

Visitation will be Saturday, October 18 from 10 AM until the 11 AM Service in Hope Lutheran Church, Moose Lake.

Graveside Services will be held Tuesday, October 21 at 11 AM in Concord Cemetery, Concord, Nebraska.

Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.
