Obituary

Doris Julianna Hitchen, 74, of Crookston, died Sunday, May 23, 2010 in Altru Hospital, Grand Forks, ND.
She was born November 20, 1935 in Kalevala Township to Charles and May (Sangola) Biberg. Julianna was united in marriage to Harlan R. Hitchen on April 7, 1956. She was employed at Dahlgren Seeds in Crookston. Julianna enjoyed gardening, paint by numbers, craftwork and collecting stamps and postcards.

Julianna is preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers, Bradley and Brian Biberg.

Julianna is survived by her husband, Harlan of Crookston; 1 daughter, Sheila Marie (Rick) Snover of Mina, SD; 1 sister, Mardell (Eugene "Bunky") Marsyla of Kettle River; 3 brothers, Charles (Jan) Beberg of Cloquet, Baxter (Irene) Beberg of Anoka and Harlan (Vonnie) Beberg of St. Paul; sister-in-law, Shirley Biberg of Blackduck; many nieces and nephews
Visitation was Friday, May 28, from 10 until the 11 AM Memorial Service in Hamlin-Hansen-Kosloski Funeral Home, Moose Lake with Pastor Paul Reiff officiating.
