Drew Thomas Nordstrom, 7, Moose Lake, went to Heaven on May 21, 2021.  He was born on April 27, 2014 in Duluth to Lance and Erin Nordstrom.  He was a lover of all things and people.  You could not meet him and not love him back.  Dirt bikes, downhill skiing, hockey, biking, and scootering were some of his favorites.  He also could never get enough time with his Dad and big brother.  Drew was adored by his sisters and belly laughs were very common on a daily basis.  He loved cuddles with Mom and she equally loved them back.  He will be greatly missed by so many but especially his parents, Lance & Erin Nordstrom; brother: Peyton; sisters: Reese and Paige; maternal grandparents: Dawn Rajala and Kevin & Lori Thomas; paternal grandparents: Dale & Ruth Nordstrom; paternal great grandma: Sonia Moder; aunts & uncles: Brent & Nicole Thomas; Lisa & Ryan LaPointe; Julie Nordstrom; and Judd & Amanda Nordstrom; loving cousins: Alexis, Anakin, Max, Maris, MaKenna, DeAhnna, Talon, and Torin; his best friend, Myles; his hockey family, classmates, and friends.

Drew continued his loving and giving character by donating the gift of life which will be shared with many people in need through organ and tissue donation.

Memorials are preferred.  Please accept this note as a sincere thank you for the out pouring of support which has been given to us by the community as no formal thank you cards will be sent.

Visitation will be from 4-8 PM on Thursday, May 27, 2021 in Hope Lutheran Church, Moose Lake.  There will be a bouncy house there for the children to heal and gather along with information from Children's Grief Connection.  If you need a children's book to help explain to your child the funeral process, please contact the funeral home.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, May 28, 2021 at 2 pm in Hope Lutheran Church, Moose Lake with visitation one hour prior to the service.  An additional location of livestreaming services will be secured, so please check back for those locations.  Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Cemetery, Moose Lake.

We as a community can heal together as we continue to tell the stories of Drew for the many years ahead of us and let us continue to keep his memory alive.  Share your stories, say his name, and most of all let us all be like Drew and make the world an incredible place filled with love!
