Edmund "Ed" Math Maehren, 59, of Sturgeon Lake, passed away unexpectedly, Wednesday, August 13, 2014. He was born January 25, 1955 in Minneapolis to Edmund and LaVerne (Cadwell) Maehren, Sr.
Ed graduated from Willow River High School and was an over the road truck driver for over 40 years.
Ed is preceded in death by his father, Edmund, Sr.; 1 brother, Patrick.
Ed is survived by his mother, LaVerne Maehren of Moose Lake; sister, Fran Hischer-Bisset of Blaine; nephew, Donny Hischer of Crosby; niece, Lori (Scott) Pedersen of Willow River; special friends, Leon Torkelson,Wallace Anderson, The Horton Boys, and Hank.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2 PM Saturday, August 23, 2014 in Family Worship Church, Moose Lake.
