Eldora Westholm

Eldora Vivian Westholm, 97, Moose Lake, died Monday, February 15, 2016 in Oakview Residential Care, Moose Lake.

She was born on February 13, 1919 to Henry and Nellie (Hegwood) Evenson. Eldora graduated from Barnum High School in 1937. Eldora was united in marriage to Harold Westholm of Moose Lake. Eldora and Harold lived in Seattle for 20 years before moving back to Minnesota in 1960. They enjoyed a long time residence on Island Lake.

Eldora enjoyed golfing, playing cards, sewing, and spending time with family and friends.

Eldora was preceded in death by her husband, Harold; her parents, a sister: Edith Petrich; and her brother, Earl Evenson.

Eldora is survived by her son, Fred Westholm of Bullhead City, AZ; daughter: Kathy Kirk of Lihue, Hawaii; four grandchildren: Robert Westholm, Richard Rosegreen, Allyson Kirk, Matt (Kim) Kirk; 8 great grandchildren: Jonathan, Makela, and Jayden Kirk, Samantha, Joshua, Richard, and Nicole Rosegreen, and Alex Westholm; 3 great great grandchildren; nieces: Marjorie DePoe Drynes of Oregon; Judy Petrich Smith of Edmonds, Washington; Karen Haugen Smith of Oregon; Nephew: Greg (Ros) Evenson of Moose Lake.

There will be no services and private family inurnment will be held in Sunset Memorial Cemetery, Moose Lake.
