Fern Josephine Person, 91, of Moose Lake, died Monday, December 22, 2008 in Mercy Hospital, Moose Lake. She was born December 15, 1917 in Fergus Falls to Arthur and Effie (Henningson) Kromer. Fern was united in marriage to Roy Person in May of 1994 in Minnehaha Falls.
Fern was a Certified Reverend and enjoyed reading the bible, sewing, making award winning dolls for Toys for Tots and especially helping people.

Fern is preceded in death by her parents; 2 daughters, Darleen Johnson and Sally Carol Johnson; 6 brothers and sisters.

Fern is survived by her loving husband, Roy of Moose Lake; son, Carl (Brenda) Blood of Apple Valley; daughter, Patricia Ihlenfeldt of Sturgeon Lake; 18 grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
