Gary C. Lingle, 63, of Moose Lake, died Sunday, October 14, 2012 in St. Luke's Hospital, Duluth. He was born August 24, 1949 to Carl and Phyllis Lingle. Gary graduated from Moose Lake High School in 1968. Gary was united in marriage to Rosalinda LaFrenz on September 6, 1969 in Denham. Gary attended Duluth Area Technical College now known as Lake Superior College graduating in 1969. Gary and Rose moved to Spring Lake Park for a short time while working at Master Bakery. They returned to Moose Lake where Gary worked for the Kettle River Locker Plant for 3 years. Gary then worked for the State of Minnesota Highway Department from 1973 to 2003. Following his retirement, Gary worked on the family farm.
Gary is preceded in death by his parents.
Gary is survived by his wife of 43 years, Rose Lingle of Moose Lake; 4 children, Steven (Diane) Lingle of Kettle River, Daniel Lingle of Moose Lake, Richard Lingle of Moose Lake and Tammy Lingle of Moose Lake; 6 grandchildren, Jonathan, Cassie and Carl Lingle, Austin, Bradley and Crystal Stone; 1 step grandchild, David Lingle.
Visitation will be Thursday, October 18, from 5-7 PM in Hamlin-Hansen-Kosloski Funeral Home, Moose Lake and will continue Friday, October 19 from Noon until the 1 PM Service in Evangelical Covenant Church, Moose Lake.
