Glendoris F. Barnard, 68, Virginia, formerly of Barnum, died Tuesday, March 25, 2025 in Duluth at St. Lukes Hospital.  She was born on October 23, 1956 to Richard and Mintie Shelton.  Glendoris grew up in Barnum area and attended Barnum High School and graduated in 1975.  On May 22, 1976, Glendoris married John Barnard in Barnum.  She worked at various jobs in the area including Potlatch, Grand Casino, area restaurants, and had a paper route.  Glendoris also coached her boys baseball team in Moose Lake.  She loved playing Bingo and watch gameshows on TV.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Mintie Shelton; siblings: Robert, Jim, Jackie, Evelyn and Roger.
Glendoris is survived by her husband: John; two sons: Robert Barnard and Owen Barnard; 3 granddaughters: Sophia, Lyla, and Summer; siblings: Lloyd Shelton; Richard Shelton, Jr., and Charlotte Cox; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Glendoris donated her body to the U of MN Medical School Bequest Program.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on April 12, 2025 at Hamlin-Hansen-Kosloski Funeral Home, Moose Lake.
