Harry J. Borowske, 83, Kettle River, formerly of St. Paul, died peacefully on Saturday, April 18, 2009 at his home with his family by his side. He was a Coast Guard Veteran of WWII. Harry was employed for 25 years by Minnesota Mining in St. Paul. He loved to hunt and fish with his boys and was known for his story telling.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Borowske and his parents: Harry and Elizabeth Borowske.
Harry will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 58 years: Jean; his seven children: Joelyn (Mike) Smith of Toledo, OH; Gail (Duane) Swenson of Danbury, WI; Jean Olsen of St. Paul; William Borowske of Eden Prairie; Richard Borowske of St. Paul; David (Shelley) Borowske of Hugo; and Linda (Martin) Nelson of St. Paul; 14 Grandchildren; his sister-in-law: Mary Borowske of St. Paul; and numerous nieces and nephews.
