Helen J. Holm, 91, of Kettle River, passed away Thursday, July 27, 2017 in Augustana Mercy Health Care Center, Moose Lake.  She was born April 25, 1926 in Kettle River to Nik and Hilda (Martilla) Saukko.  Helen was united in marriage to Henry Holm on June 6, 1946 in Kettle River.  Helen was a church organist at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Kettle River for over 60 years and a member of the church as well as Mission Guild.  She enjoyed golfing, bowling, olive picking and "managing the Twins".

Helen is preceded in death by her husband, Henry; her parents; daughter, Gail; brothers, Matt, Walter, Eddie, Walfred and Charles; sisters, Emma and Mayme.

Helen is survived by 2 sons, Bruce (Carol) Holm and Eric Holm; grandchildren, Lisa, Kadee (Jamison), Leah and Nick; great grandchildren, Jake, Ethan, Collin, Lexie and Tyler; son-in-law, Ed Johnson; numerous nieces and nephews.

A gathering of family and friends will be Friday, August 4 from Noon until the 1 PM Memorial Service in Hope Lutheran Church, Moose Lake.
