Jackson Theodore Zuk

Jackson Theodore Zuk, infant son of Richard Zuk and Shianne Gockowski, went to be with Our Heavenly Father on Thursday, August 4, 2011. Our little guy gave us 11 wonderful, loving days to fill our memories and hearts forever.

Jackson is survived by his parents: Richard Zuk and Shianne Gockowski; two sisters: Hannah and Emma; Paternal Grandparents: Bernard and Cheryl Zuk; Maternal Grandparents: Shelly Gockowski and Leonard Gockowski; Great Grandmothers: Aileen Kovanen, Hermina Zuk, and Eleanor Gockowski; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Private family graveside services were held in St. Isidore's Catholic Cemetery, Sturgeon Lake. Pastor John Sippola did officiate.
