Jane Behrman

Jane Behrman, 48, Sturgeon Lake, died Tuesday, October 13, 2009 in her home.
She was born on December 8, 1960 in St. Paul to Orval and Phyllis Asleson. Jane lived in St. Paul and later moved to the Willow River and Sturgeon Lake areas. Jane graduated from Willow River High School. On August 11, 1979, Jane married Allen Behrman in Finlayson. They lived in the Denham and Willow and later moved to Sturgeon Lake. Jane loved to watch animals and game shows. She also liked to paint and plant flowers.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Orval and Phyllis Asleson.

Jane is survived by her husband, Allen; two sons: Bryce (Gretchen) Behrman of Hinckley and Charles Behrman of Duluth; two daughters: Ellan Behrman and Summer Behrman both of Sturgeon Lake; two grandchildren: Angelika and Emmaline Behrman; eight brothers: David Asleson, Paul Asleson; Michael Asleson; Thomas Asleson; Terrence Asleson; Timothy Asleson; Gerald Asleson; and Jeffrey Asleson; and four sisters: Sharon Clayton; Victoria Kuhn; Susan Fosse; and Mary Lou Kojak.

A Memorial Service was held at 2:00 PM Friday, October 16, 2009 in Hamlin-Hansen-Kosloski Funeral Home, Moose Lake.
