Joan Putney, 84, Moose Lake, died Sunday, July 30, 2023 in Essentia-St. Mary's in Duluth.  She was born on April 12, 1939 in St. Paul to Clyde and Ruth Moye.  Joan lived in the Moose Lake area for over 55 years and cooked at various restaurants through the years in Moose Lake and Barnum.  She enjoyed being outside and loved to fish.

She is survived by a son, Duane Webb of Carlton, GA and a granddaughter, Heather Smith.

A Private family visitation was held on Sunday, August 6, 2023 in Hamlin-Hansen-Kosloski Funeral Home, Moose Lake.
