That wonderful smile of Joel Alan Gassert was taken away from us on Monday, June 13, 2022. He is now in the arms of our Lord and his grandparents: Dick and Bette Gassert and Helen and Dick Neveau! He was born to Roger and Louise Gassert on August 29, 1990 and will be missed by his big brother: Travis. Joel's loving heart and playfulness was given to his son, Bentley; daughter, Talia; and special son, Jaiden. He is also survived by sister-in-law: Sarah; nieces: Izzy, Layla, and Emily; Bentley's mother, Ashley; Talia and Jaiden's mother: Cholena; many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends; and all the fur babies he loved and cared for. Special thanks to special friends: Joan and Ron Reese.
All that knew him will miss his spontaneity and fun adventures.
That smile was hiding very hard reality for him. Please don't pass the chance to help mental health problems in your loved ones.
His smile is with the Lord who has taken his sadness away from him and given him peace.
