Julie P. Evenson, 92, of Moose Lake, formerly of Duluth and South St. Paul, passed away Tuesday, December 2, 2014. She was born August 3, 1922 in Duluth to Michael and Pauline (Story) Koval. Julie graduated from Duluth Denfeld in 1940. She was united in marriage to Earl Evenson on February 4, 1941 in Two Harbors.

Julie is preceded in death by her husband, Earl; son, Garry and her parents.

Julie is survived by her son, Gregory Dean (Rosalyn) Evenson; granddaughter, Aleshia (Ryan) Pena; great granddaughter, Tessa Pena.

Private Inurnment will be in Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorials are preferred to the donor's favorite charity.
