Kimberly "Kim" Denton Schadewald, 50, Moose Lake, died Wednesday, October 25, 2023 in Essentia Health – Moose Lake.  She was born on September 28, 1973 to Randy and Lori Denton in Moose Lake.  Kim lived in Barnum where she attended school, graduating in 1992.  On April 16, 1993, Kim married Chris Schadewald in Carlton.  They lived in Barnum and later made their home in Moose Lake.  Kim worked at Fond Du Lac Tribal and Community College as an IT Tech.  Kim also received her associate degree from FDLTCC in 2004.  Kim recently worked at Black Bear Casino as an HR Specialist.  She loved quilting, crafts, and crocheting.  Kim will be remembered for being selfless and how caring she was for others.

Kim will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Chris; two children: Alex Schadewald and Samantha Schadewald; parents: Randy and Lori Denton; sister: Sarah Denton; brother: Ben (Shelly) Denton; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be from 1PM to 3 PM on Saturday, November 11, 2023 in Hamlin-Hansen-Kosloski Funeral Home, Moose Lake.  There will be no formal service but rather a time to gather and remember Kim along with the serving of refreshments and snacks.  Private inurnment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Barnum.
