Linda Louise Berg, age 71, resident of Moose Lake, MN peacefully passed away on Thursday, June 27 ^th , 2019 in Essentia – St. Mary's Medical Center of Duluth. She was born at home in Sturgeon Lake, MN on August 30 ^th , 1947 to Arthur and Irma Mossberg.

Linda was passionate about her career in Human Services for Carlton County. She touched and influenced the lives of many, many people throughout her years there. Linda had a special place in her heart for senior citizens, always being sure to help them along their way. In her spare time, Linda was the ultimate bird watcher.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Irma.

Linda's memory will live on through her children, Daniel Berg of Maple Grove, MN and Eric (Kelly Ryan) Berg of Greenwood, IN; sister, Cheryl (Edward) Misukanis of Aurora, CO; the grandchildren whom she loved dearly, Nicholas Berg, Christopher Berg, and Kathleen Ryan Berg, Patrick Martin, and Elizabeth (Jon) Hamilton; great-granddaughter, Paizlee Berg; nephew, Michael (Christal) Misukanis; niece, Shelly (Graeme) Lang; and many close friends.

A visitation will be held from 5-7pm on Tuesday, July 2 ^nd , 2019 at Hamlin-Hansen-Kosloski Funeral Home in Moose Lake. A visitation will continue from 10am until the 11am funeral on Wednesday, July 3rd, 2019 at Hamlin-Hansen-Kosloski Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Cemetery.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held later in the summer to enjoy lunch and stories about Linda. Memorials can be made in memory of Linda to whichever charity may remind you of her most.
