Mae Elizabeth Johnson, 93, lifelong resident of Finlayson, passed away Sunday, April 19, 2015 in St. Mary's Medical Center, Duluth. She was born October 3, 1921 in Pine Lake Township to Oscar and Solfia (Forseman) Johnson. Mae was united in marriage to Donald G. Johnson on March 25, 1946 in Duluth. Mae enjoyed spending time in her flower garden and especially enjoyed time with her family.

Mae is preceded in death by her husband, Donald; her parents; infant daughter, Donna Mae; 2 sons, Ralph and Robert Johnson; 5 brothers; 3 sisters

Mae is survived by 4 children, Judy Rasley, Glenn Johnson, Sally (Bud) Alleman and Faye (Scott) Chessmen; 20 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday, April 24, from Noon until the 1 PM Service in St. John's Lutheran Church, Finlayson. Interment will be in Finnish Lutheran Cemetery, Finlayson.
