Margaret "Peggy" Adams, 81, Duluth, died Wednesday, March 6, 2024 in St. Luke's Hospital, Duluth.  She was born April 25, 1942 in Carlton to Everett and Lillian Sebring.  Peggy grew up in Kalevala Twp. where she attended school through the 8th grade.  She then attended Barnum High School graduating in 1960.  Peggy worked at the University of MN at Campus Mail.  In the late 1960's, Peggy moved to Duluth.  She married John Adams.  Peggy was a homemaker and Mom through the years.  In the 1980's, she went back to school and became an LPN.  Peggy worked at Senior Friend Home Care in Duluth.  She later became John's caretaker until his death in 1998.  Peggy loved crossword puzzles and watching British Mysteries and Masterpiece Theatre on TV.

Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, John in 1998; parents: Everett and Lillian Sebring; siblings: Charles Sebring and Barb Creech.

She will be lovingly remembered by her two children: Victoria Fredricks and Steven (Cynthia) Sebring; two grandchildren: Joshua Sebring and Hannah (Gabriel) Rosu; great grandson: Tobias; seven siblings: Judy Madsen; Lynn Sebring; Virginia (Robert) Ostercamp; Karen Sebring; Brian (Diane) Sebring; David Sebring; and Audrey Sebring; sister-in-law: Linda Sebring; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be from 10 am until the 11 am service on Monday, March 11, 2024 in Hamlin-Hansen-Kosloski Funeral Home, Moose Lake.  Burial will be in West Branch Cemetery, Kettle River.  Lunch will follow the burial at the funeral home.
