Margaret Ann Goodno, 71, of Willow River, died Thursday, September 4, 2008, in Viewcrest Health Care Center, Duluth.  She was born October 21, 1936 in Duluth to Edwin and Emma Jacobson.  Margaret was married to William Novitski from 1954-1964.  Margaret was united in marriage to Lester Goodno on September 24, 1966 in Northwood, Iowa. She was employed at General Andrews Nursery and was a teachers aid at the Willow River School. Margaret was a member of First United Presbyterian Church of Willow River for over 40 years.  She enjoyed singing, knitting, crocheting, baking and playing cards and cribbage at the Corral Bar.   Margaret adored her family. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Lester; her parents; 2 sisters, Gloria & Carol.Margaret is survived by 3 daughters, Susan (Joseph) Tomaszski of Superior, WI, Toni (Daryl) Eccles of Moose Lake and Marilyn (Keith) Johnson of St. Peter; 2 sons, William Novitski of Willow River and Roy Goodno of Willow River; grandchildren, Shawn Near, Melanie Nelson, Kim (Mike) Freyholtz, Joseph Eccles, Joy Eccles, Jody Diel, Michael Diel and Anissa Johnson; 3 great grandchildren; 1 sister, Joyce (Don) Robertson of Duluth; many nieces and nephews. Visitation was held Monday, September 8, from Noon until the 1 PM Service in First United Presbyterian Church, Willow River with Pastor Bonnie DelGreco officiating.  Interment was in Sunnyside Cemetery, Willow River.  Arrangements are with Hamlin-Hansen-Kosloski Funeral Home, Moose Lake.  To sign the guestbook online go to: www.hhkfuneralhome.com
