Neoma Bonita "Bonnie" Stadin, 81, of Nickerson, passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at home surrounded by her family.  She was born January 22, 1936 in Holyoke to Arlen and Hazel (Puckett) Van Guilder.  Bonnie attended Wrenshall High School, graduating in 1954.  After graduating, Bonnie worked in West Duluth as a server.  Bonnie was united in marriage to Ramon Stadin on September 24, 1955 in Carlton.  Bonnie and Ramon lived in Holyoke until moving to Silver Bay in 1977.  They lived there for four years until moving back to Holyoke.  Bonnie enjoyed knitting, crocheting, music, reading and flower gardening.  Bonnie loved life and especially enjoyed spending time with her family.

Bonnie is preceded in death by her husband, Ramon; her parents; infant son, Baby Stadin; great granddaughter, Grace; great grandson, Max; brother, James Van Guilder.

Bonnie is survived by her children, Marvin (Debbie) Stadin of Holyoke, Wayne (Debbie) Stadin of Kerrick, Jeanette (Mark) Beise of Nickerson, Kim (Craig) Koecher of Nickerson, James (Cheryl) Stadin of Holyoke, Bert (Tara) Stadin of Duquette and Erlene (James) Swede of St Petersburg, FL; 22 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; sister, Joyce (Louis) Hultgren of Mountain Home, AR; sister-in-law, Randy Van Guilder of Holyoke; special friend, Norm Behm; several nieces and nephews.

A gathering of family and friends will be Thursday, March 30 from 10 AM until the 11 AM Memorial Service in Hamlin-Hansen-Kosloski Funeral Home, Moose Lake.
