Payton Maddox Chandler

Payton Maddox Chandler, 3, Moose Lake, died on Saturday, May 16, 2009 following a tragic accident at his home.

Payton was born on July 16, 2005 in Moose Lake to Brian and Desiree Chandler. He was a very affectionate boy whom could instantly make friends and become the center of attention. Payton often started his day with his "morning fix" of chocolate milk topped with whipped cream from a can and a straw and he always ended his day by reading a book or often watching TV in the arms of his Dad. He was the sugar of his Mom's life and sweetened her life with his presence. Payton loved anything with wheels and motors and especially enjoyed riding on the Ranger with his sister Victoria, whom he truly adored. He liked being outside and walking in the woods and had a true love for animals. Payton also liked Sponge Bob Square Pants, video games, and wearing super hero T-shirts which he would often sneak under his dress suit on Sunday's. He was the "Little Man" of the family.
Payton will never be forgotten as he filled our hearts with many memories that will be cherished forever.

We look forward to God's help and support to give us guidance and make us strong until the Resurrection when we will meet Payton again.

Payton will be lovingly remembered by his parents, Brian & Desiree Chandler and sister, Victoria all of Moose Lake; maternal grandparents: Nancy Berg of Carlton and Ken Berg of Cloquet; paternal grandparents: Ronald Chandler of Moose Lake and Esther Lundgren of Moose Lake; maternal great grandparents: Kay Berg of Moose Lake and Lawanda Johnson of Duluth; paternal great grandmother: Ruth Brink of Moose Lake; Aunts and Uncles: Brandon & Tanya Berg and their children Camden and Cade of Quinnesec, MI; Darien & Teri Berg and their son Osten of Barnum; Derek & Erin Berg of Cloquet and their daughter, Haley; Britton & Leah Berg and their son Ethan of Cloquet; Brevan Berg and his daughter Anna of Carlton; Tristan Berg of Carlton; Jamie & Mitch Newman and their children: Cody, Kajsa, Molly Newman and Marissa Strickland of Reidsville, GA; Brenda & Dave Newman and their children Carli and Bailey of Reidsville, GA; and Jarod & Ashley Chandler of Moose Lake; and numerous cousins, extended family and friends.

The Chandler family would like to thank everyone for the support given to them during this time.

A Memorial Visitation will be from 4-8 PM Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 930 Lakeshore Drive, Moose Lake. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2009 at 1:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. Inurnment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Moose Lake.
