Phyllis M. Minser, 83, Moose Lake, died Friday, March 17, 2023 in Essentia, Moose Lake.  She was born on July 17, 1939 in Britton, South Dakota to John and Frances Sattler.  Phyllis grew up in the Eden, SD area.  On May 26, 1962, Phyllis married Charles "Dick" Minser in South Dakota.  They lived in St. Paul where Phyllis was a homemaker and an amazing Mother through the years.  In 2016, Phyllis moved to Moose Lake.  She was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church and its St. Ann's Guild.  Phyllis's greatest love was her family and especially her grandchildren.  She also liked to garden.

Phyllis is preceded in death by her husband, Charles "Dick" Minser in 2012; brother: Tim Sattler; and a sister-in-law: Cari Sattler.

She will be lovingly remembered by her 4 children: Chuck (Mary) Minser; David (Patti) Minser; Denise (Paul) Urbaniak; and Tom (Jessica) Minser; 6 grandchildren: Kendra (Chris) Nichols; Tony Urbaniak; Alyssa Minser; Bram Minser; Garen Minser; and Bryce Urbaniak; great grandchild: Beau Nichols; 2 sisters: Agnes Jahnig and Sherry (Tony) Dalske; and 3 brothers: James (Marilyn) Sattler; Myron Sattler; and Terry (Karen) Sattler.

A Memorial Visitation will be from 9 am until the 10 am Memorial Mass on Friday, March 31, 2023 in St. Joseph of the Lakes, 171 Elm St, Lino Lakes, MN 55014

Inurnment will be in Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis.
