Richard Thomas Huhta, 65, of Cromwell, died Friday, April 19, 2013 in St. Luke's Hospital, Duluth. He was born February 6, 1948 in Superior, WI to Wayne and Hulda (Magneson) Huhta. Richard was a decorated Vietnam Veteran serving in the Marines. Richard drove truck for many years and enjoyed gardening, making wine and especially spending time with his family.

Richard is preceded in death by his parents.

Richard is survived by his son, Rick (Nancy) Huhta of Adams, ND; special companion, Barbara Rahkola of Cromwell and her family; 2 grandchildren, Kristen and Jayden Huhta; 4 sisters, Diane Huhta of Sturgeon Lake, Darlene (Bruce) Zambory of Moose Lake, Connie Huhta of Cloquet and June Suomala of Kettle River; many nieces and nephews
