He was born on August 27, 1938 in Superior, Wisconsin where he grew up and attended Superior Cathedral with the Class of 1958. Richard was a member at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Barnum and later Holy Angels Catholic Church, Moose Lake. He was a huge Green Bay Packers Fan and a proud shareholder!
