SANDRA "SANDY" CARLOTTA OLSON

Sandra Olson, age 79, passed away on December 28, 2020, at her home in Cromwell, Minnesota.

Sandra, known as Sandy to her friends, was born to Raymond and Delia Peroutka on September 27, 1941, on the family farm in Montgomery, MN.  She attended school in Faribault, MN. She was married in Lake City, MN, to Franklin Olson on September 27, 1961. The couple farmed near Northfield, MN, until relocating in 1979 to Cromwell. Sandra was also later employed at Premier Tech in Cromwell.

Sandra was a very lovable and happy person with family and friends and would always find humor and laughter in any conversation.  She will be missed.

Sandra is survived by her sister: Patricia Pinc; brothers-in-law: Robert Olson and Robert Thibodeau; nieces: Brenda Zellman, Shelli Dwyer,  Penny Peroutk, Tracy Anderson, Lori Schmidt, and Lori Tyler; nephews: Bill Kehoe, Earl Thibodeau, Rick Pinc, Scott Kehoe, James Olson, and Larry Olson; and special friends Joe and Gail.

Sandra was preceded in death by her husband Franklin in 2000; her parents Raymond and Delia; sisters: Rita Kehoe, Audrey Peroutka, and Janet Thibodeau; sister-in-law: Judy Olson; brothers-in-law: Tom Kehoe, Helmer "Jr." Olson, and Duane Pinc; and nephews: Harvey Peroutka and Kenny Thibodeau.

With current restrictions, the family has decided to wait and hold a gathering in the spring of 2021 to remember the life of Sandra.
