Thomas "Tom" William Chadwick, 78, of Willow River, passed away Saturday, May 7, 2016 at his home.
He was born July 5, 1937 in Minneapolis to Russell and Louise (Corrier) Chadwick. Tom is a veteran of The United States Navy. Tom was united in marriage to Dolores "Dee" Nelson on March 25, 1985 in Las Vegas, NV. He enjoyed watching baseball, Nascar and working in his garage and yard. Tom was a member of the "Breakfast Club" at Dave's Café. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family.

Tom is preceded in death by his wife, Dee; his parents; granddaughter, Jessica; sister, Bev; step son, Scott Nelson and brother-in-law, Don.

Tom is survived by 2 sons, Bryan Chadwick of Bethlehem, GA and Mark Nelson of St. Paul; 2 daughters, Teresa "Teri" (Bryant) Broderick of Bloomington and Lauri St. Martin of Burnsville; grandchildren, Natalie Broderick, Brendan Broderick, Kaylee St. Martin and Chad Nelson.

A gathering of family and friends will be Saturday, May 14 from 10 AM until the 11 AM Memorial Service at the Thomas Chadwick residence, 31143 County Road 43, Willow River.
