Walter E. Howell, 80, formerly of Minneapolis, passed away Thursday, February 6, 2014 in Augustana Mercy Health Care Center, Moose Lake. He was born January 12, 1934 in Minneapolis to Emery and Ruby (Neil) Howell. Walter enjoyed hunting, fishing and dancing.
Walter is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Vern and Paul; sister, Beverly Shelby; nephew, Vern Edward Howell.
Walter is survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
